Sample some of Orlando's finest sushi, freshly prepared by the city's premier sushi chef, Chef Asanuma Yoshio, or Chef Yoshi, as he is best known to local sushi connoisseurs. The sushi bar features nigiri (topped) sushi and makimono (rolled sushi) as well as a Japanese microbrewery brewing six different kinds of sake.
