With the full complement of fitness equipment at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, you’ll never lose a step on your Orlando golf vacation. After your workout, relax and rejuvenate with our boutique spa treatments featuring a variety of specialty massages, facials and beauty processes.

Hyatt’s StayFit™ program gives you 24 hour access to our modern health club. Whether stretching your muscles after a day of meetings or working off last night’s delightful dessert, our fully equipped fitness center provides a complete range of equipment including aerobic machines like treadmills and exercise cycles, plus weight machines, free weights, a sauna, steam room and lockers. A personal trainer is also available.

Our fitness concierge at our Orlando Florida luxury resort is on hand to assist you in acquiring any gear you may need, including exercise wear. They can also supply you with detailed maps of running and walking trails. If you prefer to workout in the beautiful outdoor setting of our resort in Lake Buena Vista, ask about signing out a ForeRunner 101 Wristband GPS to track your mileage and route around the resort.

Should you prefer a water workout, swim goggles are available at the towel hut.

• Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day. Steam, sauna and locker rooms will be open from 7:00a.m. - 7:00p.m. daily. An attendant will be on duty from 7:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.
• Personal Training with Nicole: $50.00 per hour. Personalized workout session to fit your needs while on vacation. Please call the StayFit Concierge at extension 4545 for availability.
• YogaAway™: Yoga classes are available in your room! Simply access these classes from your On Command Video System. There are 3 different options and each are highly accessible and adaptable programs catering to the diverse needs of both the business traveler and the vacationer. There is also a complimentary 11-minute program "A Good Night from YogaAway™” designed to relax your body and mind and prepare you to rest.
• Locker Rooms: Are open from 7:00a.m. - 7:00p.m. and include steam and sauna.
• Massage Therapy: Is available by appointment every day from 8:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.
• Workout Gear: a wide range of workout gear is available for purchase in the fitness center for both women and men along with Hyatt's signature Portico spa products’ Eucalyptus line.
